スペイン・カタルーニャ州で造られるカヴァの中でも、瓶内で30ヶ月以上の長期熟成を経たものだけが名乗れる「グラン・レセルバ（グラン・リゼルバ）」規格の一本。カヴァの中でも上位に位置づけられる、熟成感のあるスパークリングワインです。
長期熟成が生む複雑な味わい
マカベオ、シャルドネ、パレリャーダをブレンドし、瓶内二次発酵ののち長期間瓶熟成させることで、通常のカヴァよりも複雑でまろやかな味わいに仕上がっています。トーストやナッツを思わせる熟成香と、きめ細やかな泡が特徴で、ヴィンテージ表記のある年単位で仕込まれた一本です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
チーズの盛り合わせや生ハム、少し手をかけた前菜など、じっくり味わいたい料理と合わせるのがおすすめです。
