Named with "Grand," meaning greatness in French, and "Polaire," meaning Polaris, this brand pursues winemaking that maximizes the terroir of its origin. This product uses 100% grapes from our own vineyard in Hokuto City, Hokkaido, a notable region that saw its first harvest in 2018. It is carefully brewed in limited quantities as a single vineyard wine, embodying the dedication of its makers.
Flavor and Aroma Characteristics: Clear Aromas and Lively Acidity
From the glass emanates a soft aroma reminiscent of stone fruits (peach and apricot) with fresh citrus notes.
