若草を思わせる爽やかな香りと、穏やかな酸味が特長の優しい味わい。ハーブや青リンゴを思わせるフレッシュな香りに、やわらかな酸が調和し、余市の冷涼な気候が生む繊細な果実味を存分に楽しめます。アルコール度数13％のミディアムボディで、料理と合わせやすい飲みやすさも魅力です。
