サッポロビールの「グランポレール」が北海道・余市の冷涼な気候を活かして手がける、黒ぶどうから生まれる白のスパークリングワイン。黒い果皮を持つピノ・ノワールを優しく搾り、瓶内二次発酵（トラディショナル・メソッド）でじっくりと仕上げた本格派です。
内容紹介
2020年は世界的な酒類品評会「IWSC 2024」でスパークリング日本ワイン部門最高得点となる銀賞を受賞した実力派。ややグリーンがかったイエローの色調に、りんごの蜜や洋ナシを思わせる華やかな香り、そしてほのかなアーモンドなどナッツ系のニュアンスが重なります。余市ならではの冷涼さがもたらす、フレッシュで力強い酸が全体を引き締めています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
