内容紹介
一般的な梅酒はホワイトリカーなどの甲類焼酎をベースに造られることが多いのに対し、この大吟醸梅酒は白牡丹自慢の大吟醸酒を漬け込みの土台に使用。大吟醸ならではの華やかな吟醸香が梅の爽やかな酸味と重なり合い、梅酒でありながらどこか日本酒らしい上品な後味を感じられる仕上がりになっています。梅の実の酸味と大吟醸のコクが調和した、飲みごたえのある味わいです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
よく冷やしてロックで、大吟醸由来の香りと梅の酸味をじっくり楽しんでください。ソーダで割れば爽快な梅酒ソーダに、少し温めのお湯割りにすれば体の芯から温まる一杯になります。デザート感覚で食後酒として楽しむのもおすすめです。
