広島県東広島市西条に蔵を構える白牡丹酒造は、1675年（延宝3年）創業という、広島でも屈指の歴史を誇る蔵元です。「すっきり［旨口］」は、その名の通りすっきりとした後味の中に、しっかりとした米の旨みを感じられる普通酒タイプで、日々の晩酌にちょうど良い飲みやすさが持ち味です。
内容紹介
西条は「軟水醸造法」の発祥の地として知られ、明治期にこの醸造法が確立されて以降、広島の酒は灘・伏見と並ぶ銘醸地として発展してきました。白牡丹酒造もこの地で長年酒造りを続けてきた蔵の一つです。「すっきり［旨口］」は、そうした土地の伝統的な酒質を受け継ぎながら、現代の食卓に合わせて飲みやすく仕上げられた普通酒です。2000mlの大容量パックなので、日常使いにも重宝します。
