呉市安浦町、瀬戸内海国立公園・野呂山の東麓に蔵を構える盛川酒造。「白鴻 熟成純米酒 紫ラベル」は、春に搾ったお酒を蔵内の桶で一年以上、常温でじっくり貯蔵した純米酒です。全国燗酒コンテスト2019のプレミアム燗酒部門で最高金賞を受賞した、燗でこそ真価を発揮する一本です。
一年以上の常温熟成で生まれる、燗でふくらむ旨み
広島県産の八反錦を全量使用し、精米歩合65％。タンク火入れと瓶燗火入れの二回火入れで、日本酒度＋5、酸度1.8、アルコール度数15.5度（蔵元公表値）。ほどよい熟成香と、落ち着きのあるまろやかな味わいが特長です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ぬる燗から常温がおすすめ。お燗をつけると米の旨みが一段と引き立ちます。ぶり大根や鯖の味噌煮、すき焼きなど、味のしっかりした料理と合わせると、熟成酒らしいまろやかさがよくわかります。720mlは燗酒の飲み比べにも使いやすいサイズです。
