呉市安浦町、瀬戸内海国立公園・野呂山の東麓に蔵を構える盛川酒造。「白鴻 純米大吟醸50『沙羅双樹』」は、食事とのバランスを考え抜いた辛口の純米大吟醸です。JR西日本の寝台列車「TWILIGHT EXPRESS 瑞風」で提供された実績を持ち、Kura Master 2017の純米大吟醸酒部門では金賞を受賞しています。
落ち着いた香りと、すっきりとした飲み口の辛口純米大吟醸
兵庫県特A地区産山田錦を精米歩合50％まで磨き上げ、野呂川の伏流水で仕込んでいます。瓶燗一回火入れ、日本酒度＋5、酸度1.5、アルコール度数16.5度（蔵元公表値）。香りは穏やかで、米の旨みをしっかり感じながらもキレのよい辛口。華やかさより、飲み飽きしない上質さを大切にした味わいです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
蔵元のおすすめは冷酒。魚介の天ぷらや串揚げなど、揚げ物とよく合います。香りが穏やかなので、食事と一緒にゆっくり楽しめるのも魅力です。720mlは贈り物や、少し特別な日の食卓にもぴったりです。
