呉市安浦町、瀬戸内海国立公園・野呂山の東麓に蔵を構える盛川酒造。野呂山から湧き出る極軟水と、広島杜氏伝統の「軟水醸造法」で、やさしい口当たりの酒を醸しています。白鴻のなかでも「沙羅双樹」の名を冠したこの純米吟醸は、料理の味を引き立てるシャープな一本です。
兵庫県特A地区産山田錦を、極軟水で醸した軽やかな純米吟醸
山田錦の主産地・兵庫県のなかでも屈指の特A地区で育った山田錦を、精米歩合60％まで磨いて使用。仕込み水は野呂川の伏流水で、瓶燗で一回火入れしています。日本酒度＋6、酸度1.5、アルコール度数16.5度（蔵元公表値）。爽やかな果実香と軽快な飲み口が特長で、令和2年広島国税局清酒鑑評会の純米酒部門で優等賞を受けています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
冷酒または常温がおすすめです。白身魚や野菜の天ぷら、シーフードマリネなど、素材の味わいを生かした料理とよく合います。食事の邪魔をしない上品な辛口なので、和食はもちろん、軽めの洋食とも合わせやすい一本です。
