盛川酒造が「白鴻の看板酒」と呼ぶ特別純米酒 緑ラベルの300mlです。料理の味わいを引き立てながら、酒本来の旨みもしっかり楽しめる一本を、飲みきりやすいサイズで。アエロメヒコ航空日本路線の機内食ドリンクメニューにも採用されています。
八反35号と山田錦を、広島伝統の軟水醸造で
麹米に広島県産の「八反35号」、掛米に兵庫県産の「山田錦」を使い、広島伝統の軟水醸造法で醸しました。精米歩合60％、日本酒度＋5、酸度1.4、アルコール分15度（蔵元公表値）。Kura Master 2019純米酒部門で金賞、IWC2016純米酒の部でブロンズを受賞しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
メロンやバナナを思わせるおだやかな香りに、米の旨みと心地よい酸味が調和しています。寿司や刺身などの魚料理とよく合い、冷酒から常温、ぬる燗までお好みで。300mlは、まずは白鴻を試してみたい方や、旅のお供にもおすすめです。
