From the Whiskey Museum series, we have a 100ml decanted bottle of "Hakushu Story of the Distillery 2025 EDITION," a limited release that embodies the nature and craftsmanship of the Hakushu Distillery.
The scenery of the distillery surrounded by forests is depicted on the label and box, expressing a flavor centered around a light and sweet smokiness. The aroma spreads with pineapple, vanilla cream, and a Japanese-style savory scent like hojicha (roasted green tea). When you taste it, the elegant sweetness reminiscent of Wasanbon sugar harmonizes with a soft smoke. It is a pure and profound single malt with a long, pleasant finish.
