八代不知火蔵は、熊本県八代市にあるメルシャン八代工場の焼酎蔵です。「白水」は白麹を使った二段仕込みと減圧蒸留で造られ、仕込み水には球磨川の伏流水、割り水には名水百選に選ばれた南阿蘇・白川水源の水を使っています。蔵元は、やわらかくまろやかな味わいを特長に挙げています。この商品はアルコール分25度、豪州産の麦と麦麹で造られています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ロックで麦のやわらかな香りを、水割りやお湯割りでまろやかさを。ソーダ割りにすると食事にも合わせやすくなります。焼き鳥、天ぷら、もつ鍋など、九州の味と一緒にどうぞ。
