This unfiltered nama genshu was born from the desire to deliver the pure, unadulterated sake that only brewery workers can taste, straight from the tank, to our customers. We were so impressed by its deliciousness that we wanted to share it.

Typically, after sake is pressed, it undergoes the following processes before shipping:

1. Filtration to remove impurities
2. Heat treatment to increase stability
3. Water addition to adjust alcohol content

However, we deliberately omitted these processes, which often detract from the sensory experience, in order to create a sake that allows you to savor the rich flavor, freshness, and richness of true new sake. We want you to experience the original deliciousness of new sake.
