壱岐焼酎は、米麹3割・大麦2割の比率で仕込むのが伝統的な製法とされ、これにより大麦の香ばしさと米麹由来のやわらかな甘みを兼ね備えた味わいが生まれます。玄海酒造は1900年創業、壱岐焼酎の伝統を守り続ける蔵元のひとつです。900mlの扱いやすいサイズで、日々の晩酌にも取り入れやすい一本です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
お湯割りで麦の香ばしさと米麹の甘みをじっくり楽しむのがおすすめです。ロックや水割りでもすっきりとした味わいが楽しめ、食中酒としても活躍します。
