原材料には麹も含め南九州（宮崎・鹿児島）産の赤芋のみを使用し、宮崎・日向の石蔵「黒壁蔵」でじっくりと貯蔵・熟成されています。全てが芋からできているからこそ生まれる、際立つ甘みゆたかな香りと、上品ですっきりとした飲みやすさが魅力です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ロックや水割りで芋本来の香りをじっくりと楽しむのがおすすめです。お湯割りにすると、より一層華やかな香りが引き立ちます。
