Ikkokujakujin 1800ml Bottle | Sweet Potato Shochu Takara Shuzo Miyazaki Prefecture
4904670030649
Ikkomon, a 100% red sweet potato shochu made exclusively from sweet potatoes and sweet potato koji. While most sweet potato shochu uses rice koji, this aromatic bottle is crafted with unwavering dedication to using sweet potatoes even for the koji.
Product Description
Only red sweet potatoes from southern Kyushu (Miyazaki and Kagoshima), including the koji, are used as ingredients. The shochu is carefully stored and matured in the stone-walled Kurokabe-gura cellar in Hyuga, Miyazaki. Made entirely from sweet potatoes, it offers a distinctive, richly sweet aroma along with an elegant, clean, and easy-drinking character.
Recommended Ways to Enjoy
We recommend enjoying it on the rocks or diluted with water to savor the natural aroma of the sweet potatoes. Served with hot water, its gorgeous aroma becomes even more pronounced.
