Description
Among the “Ikkomon” series, “Red” achieves a smooth mouthfeel through jar aging in a stone cellar. This carefully crafted all-sweet-potato shochu uses red sweet potatoes not only for the spirit but also for the koji, offering an elegant, clean, and sweet aroma.
