イタリアが世界で「グラン・パエーゼ（偉大な国）」と称されることに着想を得たブランド「イル・グラン・パエーゼ」。「ビアンコ・マリ」は生産者ロジート・エ・グアリーニの創業家にゆかりのある名を冠した白ワインです。
ロジート・エ・グアリーニについて
1910年にオルトレポで創業したロジート家と、プーリアでワイナリーを営んでいたグアリーニ家が、1960年代に先代同士の結婚を機に統合して誕生したファミリーワイナリーです。契約農家と強固なパートナーシップを築き、安定した原料調達と丁寧な醸造で品質を追求しており、2026年版ルカ・マローニ誌で93点を獲得するなど評価の高い造り手です。トレッビアーノ、ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン、リースリングをブレンドし、温度管理されたステンレスタンクで発酵させたのち、澱とともに10ヶ月熟成させることで、エキゾチックなフルーツの風味と豊かなミネラル感を引き出しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
焼き魚やお寿司など、和食との相性も良い辛口の白ワインです。よく冷やしてお楽しみください。
