イタリアが世界で「グラン・パエーゼ（偉大な国）」と称されることに着想を得たブランド「イル・グラン・パエーゼ」。「ロッソ・トト」は生産者ロジート・エ・グアリーニの創業家にゆかりのある名を冠した赤ワインです。
ロジート・エ・グアリーニについて
1910年にオルトレポで創業したロジート家と、プーリアでワイナリーを営んでいたグアリーニ家が、1960年代に先代同士の結婚を機に統合して誕生したファミリーワイナリーです。契約農家と強固なパートナーシップを築き、安定した原料調達と丁寧な醸造で品質を追求しており、2026年版ルカ・マローニ誌で93点を獲得するなど評価の高い造り手です。サンジョヴェーゼ、ピノ・ネーロ、カベルネ・ソーヴィニョン、メルローをブレンドし、温度管理されたステンレスタンクでの発酵とマセラシオンを経て12ヶ月熟成。紫がかったルビー色に、バニラや赤い果実の香り、ベルベットのようになめらかな口当たりとしっかりとした骨格が特徴です。

ローストビーフや熟成チーズなど、しっかりとした料理との相性が良いフルボディの赤ワインです。
