「かのか 華やかすっきり仕立て」は、鹿児島産のさつまいも・黄金千貫を使い、黒麹で仕込んだ原酒を主体にした芋焼酎です。甲類90%・乙類10%の甲乙混和で、華やかな芋の香りとすっきりした飲み口に仕上げています。芋焼酎のクセが気になる方でも飲みやすいバランスです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
すっきりした飲み口を生かして、水割りやソーダ割りがおすすめ。レモンを搾ったソーダ割りは揚げ物によく合います。お湯割りにすると芋の香りがふわっと広がります。さつま揚げ、豚の生姜焼き、唐揚げなどと一緒にどうぞ。
