Isle of Jura 10 Year Old, crafted by the distillery on the Isle of Jura, Scotland, is a single malt imbued with the island's character, produced in the distillery's iconic tall stills. After maturing for 10 years in American White Oak bourbon casks, it is then finished in aged Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain.
Its taste is, as officially described, a rich and smooth style reminiscent of dark chocolate and vanilla cream. This bottle offers a harmonious balance of sweetness from the bourbon casks and a profound flavor from the sherry cask finish. The island's unique character coexists with an approachable sweetness, resulting in a finish that appeals to a wide range of drinkers.
