1942年、シャンパーニュ地方モンターニュ・ド・ランスの村シニー・レ・ローズで創業した家族経営のメゾン「J.ラサール」。「一人の女性、一つの精神、一つのスタイル」を掲げ、ここ二世代にわたって女性の手によって受け継がれてきた造り手です。
プルミエ・クリュの畑だけが生む上質な泡
16ヘクタールの自社畑はすべてプルミエ・クリュに格付けされた区画。シャルドネ、ピノ・ノワール、ピノ・ムニエの3品種すべてを自社畑で栽培し、瓶内二次発酵のルミュアージュ（動瓶）は今なお手作業で行われています。また、コート・ドールの偉大な白ワインと同じく、マロラクティック発酵をしっかりと行う数少ないシャンパーニュ生産者としても知られ、まろやかな酸とふくよかな果実味を両立させています。

食前酒としてはもちろん、白身魚のカルパッチョや軽い前菜との相性も良く、特別な日の食卓を上品に彩ります。
