[Red: Suntory Tomi no Oka

International varieties such as Merlot and Petit Verdot, meticulously managed and harvested bunch by bunch in the special climate provided by the vast slopes, are exquisitely blended. It is produced in a thorough domaine style, handling everything from cultivation to brewing and bottling. After eight years, the youthful astringency has beautifully integrated, elevating it to a silky smooth texture.
[White: Grand Polaire Yamanashi Koshu Barrel Fermented 2020]
Sapporo Beer's world-renowned premium brand, "Grand Polaire." Japan's indigenous grape variety, "Koshu," is luxuriously fermented and aged in traditional French oak barrels. It stands apart from typical young Koshu wines, resulting in a superb dry white wine with overwhelming depth and structure.
