Jim Beam Devil's Cut 700ml | Bourbon Whiskey, USA
After aging, some of the bourbon remains soaked into the inside of the barrel and cannot normally be extracted. This is called the "devil's cut," in contrast to the "angel's share," the portion lost through evaporation. It is a distinctive bourbon created using Jim Beam's uniquely developed method.
Rich barrel flavor drawn out by a unique production method
The bourbon extracted using this method is blended with long-aged Kentucky straight bourbon and bottled at 90 proof (45%). The result is a bold, rich flavor that makes full use of the barrel wood's character.
Recommended ways to enjoy
Enjoy it neat or on the rocks, savoring the fragrant aroma from charred oak barrels and the bold flavors of vanilla and oak. It also pairs wonderfully with cola, which brings out its rich flavor.
