Maison Joseph Drouhin's "Bourgogne Aligoté" is a white wine made from 100% Aligoté grapes grown in the Burgundy region of France.
Product Features
This wine offers aromas of lemon, grapefruit, green apple, white flowers, muscat, honey, lime, and pear. The taste is characterized by sharp acidity and fresh fruitiness, with a light and transparent mouthfeel. It also has a mineral quality, and a pleasant acidity lingers in the finish.
This Aligoté is best enjoyed chilled to fully appreciate its fresh flavor. It pairs exceptionally well with seafood, chicken dishes, salads, and light cheeses. It also complements Japanese dishes such as tempura and white fish sashimi.
