メゾン・ジョゼフ・ドルーアンは、1880年にブルゴーニュのボーヌで創業した老舗のワイン生産者です。こちらは、ブルゴーニュ北端のシャブリ地区で造られる辛口白ワイン。2023年ヴィンテージ指定でお届けします。
名門ドルーアンが手がける、キリッと冷涼なシャブリ
シャブリはA.O.C.の規定でシャルドネから造られる白ワインで、冷涼な気候と石灰質の土壌から生まれる、引き締まった酸とミネラル感が持ち味です。ドルーアンのシャブリについて、販売店の情報では、ステンレスタンクで温度管理しながら発酵させ、澱とともに熟成させることで、柑橘や青りんごを思わせる爽やかな香りとすっきりした味わいに仕上げているとされています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
10℃前後に冷やして。生牡蠣やホタテのカルパッチョ、白身魚の塩焼き、寿司など、魚介との相性は定番中の定番です。ブルゴーニュの白をはじめて試す方にも選びやすい一本です。
