"Joshu Bishubu" is a series by Sakurao Brewery and Distillery in Hiroshima Prefecture, themed around creating alcoholic beverages that are approachable for women. This Blue Lemon Sour base combines the refreshing tartness of lemons steeped from the Setouchi region with a vivid blue color reminiscent of the ocean. Just pouring it into a glass evokes a tropical atmosphere, and you can enjoy its visual splendor. Starting with a crisp citrus aroma, the sharp tartness and gentle sweetness harmonize in the aftertaste, making it perfect for hot seasons or when you want a change of pace.
Recommended way to enjoy
Simply mix it with sparkling water at a 1:2 ratio to easily create a tropical blue lemon sour at home. Add plenty of ice and enjoy the changing colors as you drink.
