賀茂泉酒造は、広島県東広島市西条で明治45年の創業以来「純米酒」だけを造り続けてきた蔵。その純米酒づくりの技を活かした梅酒が「純米梅酒」です。
内容紹介
和歌山県産の紀州南高梅を、賀茂泉の純米原酒にじっくりと漬け込んで仕上げた梅酒です。日本酒がベースのため、砂糖の甘さに頼らない、梅本来の酸味と旨味を感じられる控えめな甘さに仕上がっています。アルコール度数11%と飲みやすく、日本酒党だけでなく梅酒好きの方にもおすすめです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
よく冷やしてロックで、または炭酸割りでさっぱりと。食前酒としてはもちろん、デザート代わりにもおすすめです。
