炭素濾過をしない、賀茂泉の代表酒
東広島市西条の賀茂泉酒造は、純米酒にこだわる蔵。龍王山を起源とする伏流水（硬度96mg/lの中硬水）を仕込み水に、地元・広島県産の米を使っています（蔵元公式サイトより）。「朱泉本仕込」は、蔵元が「賀茂泉を代表するお酒」と紹介する純米吟醸。日本酒本来の旨味を残すため炭素濾過をしておらず、淡い黄金色をしています。ふくよかな旨味とコク、爽やかなキレを持ち、KuraMaster日本酒コンクール2024純米酒部門でプラチナ賞を受賞しました（蔵元公表）。
おすすめの楽しみ方
冷やでも、ぬる燗でも。ぶりの照り焼き、きのこのバター醤油炒め、チーズなど、コクのある料理とよく合います。海外の方へのお土産にも喜ばれる一本です。
