土蔵庫で寝かせた、山吹色の純米吟醸
東広島市西条の賀茂泉酒造は、純米酒にこだわる蔵。龍王山を起源とする伏流水（硬度96mg/lの中硬水）を仕込み水に、地元・広島県産の米を使っています（蔵元公式サイトより）。「山吹色の酒」は、蔵が自信をもって醸す純米吟醸を土蔵庫で2〜3年、常温で熟成させたもの。三段仕込を守り、活性炭素濾過を行っていないため、日本酒本来の山吹色を呈しています。蔵元は芳醇で後味さわやかな酒質と紹介し、ぬる燗もすすめています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ぬる燗で、熟成ならではのまろやかさを。豚の角煮、うなぎの蒲焼き、ブルーチーズなど、味の濃い料理と好相性。熟成酒を初めて試す方にもおすすめのサイズです。
