賀茂泉酒造は、広島県東広島市西条で明治45年の創業以来「純米酒」だけを造り続けてきた蔵。全国的に純米酒が珍しかった時代からその一筋を貫き、"純米酒の先駆け"として知られています。
内容紹介
「造賀」は、蔵から6kmほど離れた東広島市造賀地区で契約栽培された酒米・山田錦の名前を冠した純米酒です。日照・水利・寒暖差に恵まれた造賀地区で丁寧に育てられた山田錦だけを使い、山田錦ならではの柔らかでキメの細かい口当たりに仕上げています。スローフードジャパン燗酒コンテストでの金賞受賞歴もある実力派です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ぬる燗にすると米の旨味がふくらみ、冷やではすっきりとした飲み口が楽しめます。煮物や焼き鳥など、しっかりとした味付けの料理とも好相性です。
