全量広島県産米を自社精米で仕上げ、賀茂山系の伏流井水を使って醸しています。杜氏の技が代々受け継がれてきた賀茂鶴の看板銘柄のひとつで、キレの良い辛口の輪郭と吟醸酒らしい上品な香りを兼ね備えています。720mlサイズは、ご家庭での晩酌はもちろん、贈り物にも扱いやすい容量です。
