燗酒コンテストで評価される確かな辛口
精米歩合60%まで磨いた米を使用し、日本酒度+4のしっかりとした辛口に仕上げた本醸造酒。酸度1.2の程よい酸味が味を引き締め、燗をつけても香りやコクが崩れにくいのが特長です。全国燗酒コンテストでは2013年に最高金賞、2012・2014・2020・2021年にも金賞を受賞するなど、燗酒としての評価が非常に高い一本です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ぬる燗〜熱燗にすると米の旨味と辛さのバランスが際立ちます。焼き魚や煮物、おでんなど出汁の効いた和食との相性が抜群で、晩酌の定番として長く愛される辛口酒です。720mlは日々の晩酌用にちょうど良いサイズです。
