昭和初期の晩酌文化を思わせる、コクのある濃醇な甘口に仕上げた「白壁の郷」。伝統の四段仕込みでもち米を加えて醸す、賀茂鶴ならではの甘口酒です。
四段仕込みが生む濃醇な甘み
通常の三段仕込みにもう一段、もち米を使った「四段仕込み」を加えることで、まろやかで濃厚な甘みを引き出しています。日本酒度-1.0、精米歩合69%以下、アルコール度数15度以上16度未満。酸度1.3の程よい酸味が甘さを引き締め、後味はすっきりとした飲み口に仕上がっています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ご家庭でゆっくり味わうのはもちろん、甘口党の方が集まる席や、燗酒を囲む冬の食卓にぴったりの一升瓶です。すき焼きや煮魚など甘辛い味付けの料理と合わせたり、ぬる燗にして食後の一杯として楽しむのもおすすめです。
