稲葉によると、ステンレスタンクのみで醸造され、ぶどうの持つ豊かな果実味がストレートに表現されています。口当たりは非常にスムーズで、余韻にかすかにブラックチョコレートを思わせるニュアンスが漂います。
おすすめの楽しみ方
冷蔵庫で冷やして、暑い季節にも。ポークソテーのりんごソース、照り焼き、ベリー系のデザートなどと好相性です。
