優良区画シルバーベルクの、上品な甘口リースリング
稲葉によると、単一畑ヴァルスハイマー シルバーベルクは優良な区画として知られ、ローム質とレス（黄土）質の土壌で、母岩は石灰岩。アプリコットやマルメロのフレッシュでフルーティなアロマが広がり、口に含むとハチミツやホワイトチョコレートのような深みのある風味が感じられます。2019年ヴィンテージは「ヴィヌム2020」で90点を獲得しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
よく冷やして、食後のデザートワインに。フルーツタルトやチーズケーキ、ブルーチーズと合わせると、酸と甘みのバランスが引き立ちます。
