"Kavalan Solist Amontillado Sherry Cask Cask Strength" is a single cask, single malt from Kavalan Distillery, Taiwan's leading distillery. The original spirit, aged in Amontillado Sherry casks from Jerez, Spain, is bottled at cask strength without adding water or chill-filtration. The result is a unique aroma of dried fruit, nuts, and a hint of saltiness, along with a deep, rich flavor.
Extremely strict standards are set for the selection of aging casks, and Amontillado casks are particularly rare even among the "Solist" series, where each cask is carefully selected. Only 336 bottles were imported to Japan, making it a highly sought-after item.
