This Muroka Nama Genshu was born from the desire to deliver sake just as it is, pure and as tasted by the brewers, after being impressed by the deliciousness of sake poured directly from the tank, which can only be enjoyed at the brewery.

Typically, after pressing, standard Japanese sake undergoes the following processes before shipping:

1. Filtration to remove impurities
2. Heat treatment to increase stability
3. Dilution with water to adjust alcohol content

However, we planned this sake to omit these processes, which often detract from the sensory experience, so that you can enjoy the rich flavor, freshness, and richness of new sake in its original deliciousness.
