“Kichisuke,” a sweet potato shochu made with sweet potato koji and named after Kirishima Shuzo’s founder, Kissuke Enatsu. We deliver “Kichisuke (Red),” made with the purple sweet potato “Murasaki Masari,” in a 1800ml bottle for those who want to savor it leisurely at home.
Product Description
This authentic shochu is made by fermenting “Murasaki Masari,” a purple sweet potato rich in anthocyanins, with “sweet potato koji,” in which koji mold is cultivated directly on the sweet potato itself. Kirishima Shuzo describes this flavor as its unique “G Taste,” representing the three “Gs”: purity, gentleness, and elegance. Enjoy the abundant fruity and gorgeous aroma unique to Murasaki Masari.
