Kichisuke Black 25% 1800ml Bottle | Sweet Potato Shochu Kirishima Brewery Miyazaki
4972776120144
“Kichisuke,” a sweet potato koji shochu named after Kyoshuke Enatsu, the founder of Kirishima Shuzo. We deliver “Kichisuke (Black)” in a 1800ml bottle for those who want to savor its deep richness at home.
Product Description
This authentic shochu is made using the labor-intensive process of fermenting sweet potatoes with “sweet potato koji,” in which koji mold is cultivated directly on the sweet potatoes rather than on rice. Kirishima Shuzo describes this flavor profile with its unique “G Taste,” representing the three qualities of purity, gentleness, and elegance. Enjoy the deep, complex flavor that only sweet potato koji can provide.
Recommended Serving
Enjoying it as a hot-water mix and sipping it slowly allows the aromas derived from the sweet potato koji to gradually open up. This generously sized bottle is ideal for leisurely evening drinks over an extended period.
