Product Description
This authentic shochu is made using a painstaking process in which the koji mold is cultivated not on rice koji, but directly on sweet potatoes, using the sweet potato variety “Kogane Sengan.” Kirishima Shuzo describes this flavor as its unique “G Taste,” representing three qualities: purity, gentleness, and elegance. Enjoy plenty of the mild aroma and gentle sweetness characteristic of white koji fermentation.
