木内酒造は、茨城県で「常陸野ネストビール」などを手がける酒蔵です。「木内梅酒」は、その常陸野ネストビールを蒸留してビールスピリッツにし、茨城県産の梅を漬け込んで造る梅酒。ホップの風味と梅の味わいがほどよく調和し、果糖で甘みをつけた、さらりとした旨口に仕上がっています。第三回「天満天神梅酒大会」で第一位に輝いた一本です。
