厳選したさつまいも「黄金千貫」を、宮崎・綾の豊かな自然が育む清らかな水で仕込み、雲海酒造独自の「日向灘黒潮酵母」を使って醸しています。芋焼酎らしい甘みを残しながらも、キレのある爽やかな口当たりに仕上がっており、初めて芋焼酎を試す方にもおすすめできる飲みやすさです。
