Kobiki BLUE is a sweet-potato shochu from Unkai Shuzo in Miyazaki. Made with Koganesengan sweet potatoes from southern Kyushu and pure water nurtured by Aya's laurel forests, it has a crisp, refreshing taste.
Description
Selected Koganesengan sweet potatoes are prepared with pure water nurtured by the rich natural environment of Aya, Miyazaki, and fermented using Unkai Shuzo's unique Hyuganada Kuroshio yeast. While retaining the characteristic sweetness of sweet-potato shochu, it has a crisp, refreshing finish and an easy-drinking style that we also recommend for those trying sweet-potato shochu for the first time.

Enjoying it warm with hot water to gently bring out its aroma is the classic way to serve it. It also offers a crisp, refreshing taste on the rocks or mixed with water, and pairs easily with all kinds of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine.
