Kobiki Blue: Sweet Potato Shochu Born from Ayacho's Nature
Unkai Brewery's authentic sweet potato shochu, "Kobiki Blue," is brewed at its Aya Brewery in Ayacho, Miyazaki Prefecture. It is carefully crafted using carefully selected Kogane Sengan sweet potatoes, a unique yeast called "Hyuganada Kuroshio Yeast" collected from Miyazaki Prefecture's Hyuganada Sea, and the pristine waters of Ayacho.
