This is the brewery's regular shochu, which Kojika Shuzo has continued to produce with the heartfelt spirit of "heaven, earth, and people."
What kind of drink is Kojika?
This sweet potato shochu is made with sweet potatoes nurtured by Kagoshima's natural surroundings, resulting in a light and easy-drinking flavor. It is Kojika Shuzo's longest-loved shochu, retaining the characteristic aroma of sweet potato shochu while offering a clean finish with little sharpness. It is ideal for trying at home and also makes a thoughtful gift.
