「米焼酎 かのか」は、乙類焼酎の原料に国産米だけを使い、吟醸酵母で仕込んだ原酒をブレンドした米焼酎です。甲類69%・乙類31%の甲乙混和で、華やかな香りと澄みきった味わいに仕上げています。かのかシリーズの中でも、香りの華やかさを楽しみたい方におすすめです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
香りを生かすなら、よく冷やしてロックや水割りで。ソーダ割りにすると軽やかになり、食中酒として飲みやすくなります。刺身、白身魚の塩焼き、湯豆腐など、やさしい味の和食と一緒にどうぞ。
