Enjoy the Unfiltered Flavor of Yukura Shuzo’s “Korō no Katari”
Yukura Shuzo in Miyazaki carefully crafts this bottle from sake aged in a traditional earthenware jar, intentionally leaving it unfiltered. True to the name “Korō no Katari,” it conveys the rich flavor that develops slowly during aging in the jar.
Full-Bodied Flavor from Unfiltered Craftsmanship
By leaving the spirit unfiltered, the aroma and richness created through jar aging are preserved intact. It offers greater depth of flavor than the regular version.
A Conveniently Compact 500 ml Size
The convenient 500 ml size is easy to enjoy slowly or as an everyday bottle.
Recommended Ways to Enjoy
Enjoy the unfiltered richness on the rocks, or savor the mellow aroma of jar aging with hot water.
