"Kujira no Bottle" is an imoyochu brewed by Ohgai Shuzo in Kanoya City, Kagoshima Prefecture. It's one of the brewery's flagship brands, named to evoke the grandeur and power of whales living in the vast ocean.
The rich aroma of sweet potato created by Tarumizu hot spring water "Juzuru" and white koji preparation
Kogane Sengan sweet potatoes from Kanoya are prepared with white koji and carefully distilled at atmospheric pressure. By using Tarumizu hot spring water "Juzuru" as the brewing water, a rich sweet potato aroma and soft mouthfeel are achieved.
