Kuma Shochu Ichifusa is a blend of aged sake, matured for over 3 years, and Shirotake, produced by Takahashi Shuzo. The name comes from "Ichifusa no Tsuyu," a famous sake that supported Takahashi Shuzo in its early days, and Mount Ichifusa, the main peak of the Kuma region.
Light aroma and refined taste brought by aged sake
Through low-pressure distillation, the raw materials of domestic rice and domestic rice koji are finished without anyクセ (undesirable characteristics), and by blending aged sake, a light aroma and a refined, elegant taste are achieved.
Recommended way to drink
It is recommended to enjoy the elegant aroma and taste slowly on the rocks or with water.
