「黒眉山」は、徳島県の日新酒類が造る本格芋焼酎です。徳島県産のなると金時芋を、濃醇な酒質に仕上がる黒麹で仕込んでいます。上品な甘さを持つなると金時と黒麹の組み合わせによる、甘みとコクのある味わいが特長。IWSC2023で銀賞を受賞しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
蔵元のおすすめはソーダ割り。なると金時の甘い香りがすっきりと立ちます。お湯割りやロックでも。鯛の塩焼き、すだちを搾った焼き魚、鳴門わかめの酢の物など、徳島の味と一緒にどうぞ。
