伊佐地方の恵まれた水と厳選した黄金千貫を、黒麹でじっくり仕込むことで、しっかりとした旨みと深いコクを引き出しています。「素直な香り、さわやかな口あたり」をコンセプトに、芋焼酎らしい飲みごたえがありながらも後味はすっきりとまとまっているのが特徴です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
お湯割りでじっくりと香りとコクを楽しむのが定番です。ロックでキリッと引き締めるのもよく、炭酸割りにすればさっぱりとした飲み口で食事にも合わせやすくなります。
